1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to YaloGames.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

6. Games and Third-Party Content

YaloGames may display or provide access to games, advertisements, videos, APIs, widgets, embedded frames, software, and other materials supplied by third parties.

Third-party games and services may be governed by separate terms, licenses, age ratings, and privacy policies.

YaloGames does not control every aspect of third-party content and does not guarantee that third-party games will always be:

  • Available;
  • Error-free;
  • Compatible with every device;
  • Free from interruptions;
  • Appropriate for every user;
  • Secure;
  • Accurate; or
  • Unchanged by their providers.

Third-party providers may update, restrict, relocate, monetize, or discontinue their games without notice to YaloGames.

You access third-party games and services at your own discretion and risk.

7. Advertising

YaloGames is primarily supported by advertising.

The Service may display advertisements delivered by YaloGames or third-party advertising partners.

Advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, browser storage, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, personalize, or evaluate advertisements, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.

YaloGames does not necessarily endorse the products, services, claims, or websites advertised through the Service.

Any interaction, purchase, registration, or transaction between you and an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

YaloGames is not responsible for losses, claims, or disputes arising from third-party advertisements or advertised products and services.

9. Copyright Complaints

YaloGames respects intellectual-property rights.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights.

Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate access for users, providers, or partners who repeatedly infringe copyright.

10. Feedback and Communications

When you send suggestions, ideas, corrections, reports, or other feedback to YaloGames, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use that feedback for lawful business and service-improvement purposes without compensation or attribution.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

  • Every device or browser will support every game;
  • The Service will operate without interruption;

  • Errors will always be corrected immediately; or

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party outages, legal requirements, and other circumstances may affect availability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YaloGames and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

YaloGames disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Title;
  • Non-infringement;

  • Availability;

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from harmful components, or suitable for your particular needs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YaloGames, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YaloGames’ total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid directly to YaloGames during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. USD $100.

Because YaloGames currently provides its games free of charge, the first amount may be zero.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YaloGames, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
