1. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
YaloGames respects the intellectual-property rights of game developers, publishers, artists, licensors, copyright owners, and other rights holders.
This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report material that they believe infringes their rights.
It also explains how a person affected by a removal may submit a counter-notification.
This Policy is intended to support compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including Section 512 of Title 17 of the United States Code.
2. Third-Party Games and Content
Some games and related materials available through YaloGames may be created, hosted, distributed, or supplied by third parties.
YaloGames may not own the copyright in every game, image, trademark, character, video, or other item displayed through the Service.
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
If you believe that content available through YaloGames infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
3. Before Submitting a Notice
Before submitting a copyright complaint, please consider whether:
- You own the copyrighted work;
- You are authorized to represent the copyright owner;
- The material is available through YaloGames;
- The use is authorized by a license;
- The use may be permitted by law, including fair use; and
- Your complaint identifies the material precisely enough for us to locate it.
Submitting a notice that knowingly contains material misrepresentations may expose the sender to legal liability.
You may wish to obtain independent legal advice before submitting a notice.

6. Our Response to a Notice
After receiving a substantially complete notice, YaloGames may:

- Remove or disable access to the identified material;
- Contact the relevant developer, publisher, provider, or other party;

We may provide a copy of the notice to the party responsible for the affected content.
The notice may therefore disclose the complainant’s identity and contact information to that party.
7. Externally Hosted Material
Removal of a game or link from YaloGames does not necessarily remove the underlying material from an independent third-party host.
Where allegedly infringing material is hosted by another provider, YaloGames may:

9. Restoration of Material
After receiving a valid counter-notification, YaloGames may forward it to the original complainant.
Where permitted by law, affected material may be restored after the applicable statutory waiting period unless the original complainant informs us that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
10. Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate and within our control, YaloGames may restrict or terminate access for users, providers, or partners who repeatedly infringe copyright.
When evaluating a matter, we may consider:
- The number of valid notices received;
- The nature of the alleged infringements;
- Licensing information;

13. Designated Agent Registration
The copyright-agent information published on this page should match the information registered with the United States Copyright Office.
Changing the information displayed on the website does not automatically update the official Copyright Office registration.
The official designated-agent registration should be maintained and renewed as required.
The U.S. Copyright Office explains that Section 512 safe harbors require qualifying providers to meet specific conditions and cooperate with copyright owners, including expeditiously removing or disabling access to properly identified infringing material. The Office also maintains the official directory of designated agents.

We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy to reflect:
- Changes in applicable law;
- Updates to our copyright procedures;
